5. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos and generated PDF files (interior and cover) are automatically deleted from our servers 3 months after your order is fulfilled.
- After automatic deletion, the only data we retain is your email address and order records, kept only as required by applicable law (typically for tax and accounting purposes).
- Temporary system backups or logs may exist briefly for operational or legal reasons.
- Once your data has been automatically deleted, there is nothing left to delete—any access or deletion requests after this point can only apply to the order records we are legally required to keep.

- Authentication providers (Google, Microsoft) for login and email identification
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)
- Printing and shipping partners (e.g. Lulu.com)
