Pikabook.me provides a service that transforms your personal photos into custom coloring books for children. It offers a downloadable PDF and printed copy of the coloring book.

When you upload photos to our service, you retain ownership of those photos.

We use your uploaded photos solely to create your coloring book and for no other purpose. Your photos are automatically deleted from our servers after your coloring book has been processed.

4. Intellectual Property

The coloring books created by our technology are provided to you for personal use.

All intellectual property rights in our technology, website, and services remain with Pikabook.me.

The generated coloring pages are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Refunds

Since coloring books are personalized products created specifically for you, refunds are not available once your coloring book has been generated. If you encounter issues with your order please contact us at:hi@pikabook.me

6. Physical Products and Shipping

Physical coloring books are printed and shipped through our partner Lulu.com.

Shipping times and methods depend on your location and will be communicated during the checkout process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pikabook.me and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
